$15 3-Day: 3 business days
No weekend delivery. Orders to Ak and HI

$30 Overnight*: Next day
No weekend delivery
*Saturday and Sunday orders ship on Mondays

WHEN?

We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping to Overnight, your order must be placed by 1pm EST (10am PST) Monday - Friday for you to receive it on the following day. Please know that we do not ship overnight on weekends or Holidays. Overnight orders placed on Friday prior to 1pm EST (10am PST) will be delivered on Monday.

Deliveries to PO Boxes will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service available for these shipments.

Wrong size, color, or style? Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee makes it easy to return your unworn SmartWool items. 

Store Returns:

Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.  

Online Returns:

Return unworn item(s) purchased at mammothwul.com 45 days from the date of the order for a complete refund. We include a free shipping return label with your purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging. 

Please include the original packing slip OR your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.

Free shipping, when offered, is valid for ground shipping. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Free shipping may not be available for some customers.
